Does anyone have the drawings for the changes at the waste water treatment plant?

Just wondering if anyone has the plans or renderings of the changes at the waste water treatment plant? I've been driving by and see them moving dirt around but just wondering what they are up to.

I don't have them, and I haven't seen them provided to the public.  If anybody has them, please share.
