COL removing snow Loomis ramp for second time

City of Ludington this past few days removing snow from Loomis St. ramp area, "FOR THE SECOND TIME NOW"! And the city mgmt. complains that their budget is going to have shortfalls in the next few years? Apparently, they are moving it all the way over east on 6th St. behind the WWTP.

Yep, all of the snow piles have been removed and the only thing left is a bunch of happy seagulls.

I was thinking that if the DPW had so much spare time to occupy work schedules, why didn't they start fixing all the big potholes around town? Or take down the eye-sore snow fence at Stearns and ready the drive and beach for locals? Or fix other sewer and water lines under the streets? But, I guess that's not a priority nowadays.
