Even with the legal admission of same, the Ludington City Council Circus tries to avoid the actual blame of violating the Open Meetings Act. It was an Emergency; It saved a lot of flooded basements; The $4650 cost was Rotta's fault, why can't he approach us with these problems? Seriously, guys, I think that's what I've been doing for five years.

In the old days at the LDN, when it wasn't so biased towards the COL, they had a regular weekly cartoon similar to this on the editorial page. Can't remember the artist, but you could easily fill in that space X with funny stuff like this.
