Up to six years for being guilty by association. Screwed by her husband, then screwed by our justice system.

Justice demands it's time to release her. NOW. And give her back her baby.

She had no prior record.  She accepted a plea deal in lieu of a 'Mason County trial' for accessory to murder after the fact and unlawfully driving away a motor vehicle in connection to the Sept. 9, 2013 fatal shooting of MSP Trooper Paul Butterfield.  She never has been shown to have driven any vehicle, nor has she been shown to have done anything to make her an accessory after the fact.  She has been maligned by all those people-- who supposedly care for women victims--for not running away from and not disobeying the commands of a guy with a smoking gun in his hand who has just shot a state trooper.  There is and never has been any mens rea (criminal intent) on her part shown for this event.  As John Streeter says, the signs of being a victim of Eric Knysz are there; they are painfully obvious to anybody who has dealt with battered women.  The record is there with her and Eric's uncle who had a restraining order on Eric Knysz.

But unlike Butterfield, she still lives and bears the marriage certificate and child of Eric Knysz.  That's enough to be convicted of wrongdoing nowadays in this country and especially this county.

What exactly was she convicted of? Was she involved with any of his prior shenanigans? There must be  compelling reasons to lock her up. Did she plea bargain and if she did that eliminates the possibility that her entire story will not be revealed. How much time did Sean's mother receive?
