Sen. Harry Reid, (D) Nevada, at age 75 now, has finally decided to throw in the towel and quit for reelection in 2016. Thank God! Below is an attachment of the 10 reasons he is quitting. I could add another 10 or 20 to that score, but the bottom line is, finality has it's blessings, and he sure won't be missed anymore by most citizens that think with their brains. ( I'm surprised Dave didn't beat me to this big announcement), lol. Let's hope the damage control for his last term don't get too off the charts.

Reid leaving is a good start.... now to get Pelosi, Boehner, McConnell and a host of other bottom feeders to join him in retirement

He may be going but the damage he's done will last for years if not forever. Why are there no Republicans who fight for their ideas like Pelosi and Reid do. If Boehner were half as aggressive, hell 1/10 as aggressive, we may not be saddled with all of this progressive, freedom robbing, legislation, rules and controls. As far as I'm concerned Reid and Pelosi are not the problem, it's the spineless Republicans who have let this happen. There's always going to be radical politicians but it's up to the level headed politicians and the public to make sure those radicals don't gain control, but that's exactly what has happened.

Reid's strength was that everyone knew he wasn't very bright or charismatic, but he was obstinate, quite partisan, and toed the line.  This is why he has been such a success over his Republican counterparts in the Senate.  The following quote is typical of his wisdom:

Accurate observation Willy. Then look what X posted from Reid's own words. Shows completely how convoluted and warped his ideals are. If you're in a hole you didn't dig, and want out, do you continue digging? Or do you fill the hole of problems back in and start over with new solutions? It was also reported that Reid currently lives in an exclusive Hilton or other very expensive hotel Penthouse Suite that is over 5,000 square feet in size. That reportedly costs $30,000 per month rental, that's $360,000 per year. How does anyone afford that if you only make about $120,000 per year? Common sense says his favorite contributors paid for this lavish living quarters, and of course, one hand washes the other, right? Reid is a poster boy for bad politicians that fill their own pockets at the expense of the public taxpayers that put him in his lofty position.
