"Super Racist" Pool Safety Poster Removed by American Red Cross

Some people looked at this poster put up by the American Red Cross at community pools across the nation and declared that they were 'super racist' in that they depicted people of color primarily doing the 'not cool' actions (see related story here: http://www.9news.com/news/local/racist-red-cross-poster-prompts-backlash/256710185). Is there an implied quota system for such posters, because I see a few white people doing uncool acts too? Isn't it more racist to look at such a poster and assume the Red Cross is racist when their work across the world shows that is patently false?

The majority of racist remarks and insults are coming directly from the biggest racists of all, the minorities! Most white Americans moved past racial slurs and thoughts for good the last 35 years or more. It's the racial motivated Obama types that want all this stirred up again, and has done a great job of it the last 8 years in office.
