Has anyone heard any formal news release on this again yet? I haven't, but would have thought after over 5 weeks, something may have transpired. I've heard lots of rumors, that's all though. Thanks.

No, I don't. Never met him to date. He's from greater Detroit area. He does have a pretty good reputation for business acumen and inventing the Ugly Stick from what I heard though. As a Charter Capt., never heard of him before this. I do hope that the investigation of all the facts are known fairly soon, as it is hard to determine again what side to come down on without all that spread out beforehand. Holding, and not rushing to judgment yet on this one so far, thanks.
