The caption says it all. Even though the tasering was caught on the dash cam video, the officers involved all admitted to their repeated tasering of the man on the street and later in the hospital in their sworn depositions, the man had taser marks and indentations on his body, and numerous witnesses other than the man and his assaulters saw the tasering-- with all that and more-- the man was ALLEGEDLY tasered numerous times.
And, of course, COLDNews writer Brian Mulholland missed the point of the lecture. It wasn't over reminescing about this incident, but trying to motivate the board to react differently in addressing such incidents in the future, protect the public, see that laws are followed by everyone particularly their fellow public servants, and keep us timely informed with accurate infomation.

Very true observation X. Wally is going to get "buried again" in a landslide for Boes imho. He should quit before he starts looking foolish, and washed up around here. Wally, maybe you can join X City Attorney Roger Anderson in Texas and fool some people down there now...lol. RINO's are being seen around here now? Just dandy!

The joke of that is that the guy is running as a Republican after being on the City Council four years passing legislation strictly raising taxes, spending money on frivolous endeavors, and increasing governmental powers.  Here's the full list of candidates, note that since Wally is going up against Republican Susan Boes, their race will be decided in August's primaries, going for the seat being vacated by Joe Lenius.

Like in last year's Ludington mayor race, Wally has yet to make a case for himself other than his career of community service, which was admirable before he became a Ludington city councilor.  Boes is the better choice.

Anyone see where XLPD Walter Taranko is now running/funning for MC Commissioner? Guess he needs another pension from the area?

I'm just relieved when they spell the name right and keep it out of the "From the Record" section.
