Marina Manager Jim Christensen (right) and Former LPD Officer Toni Kuster (aka Goon 2) await the arrival of the LPD after I called them complaining about being thrown out of a public area of a public facility by these two thugs at the Harbor View Clubhouse for the sole reason of not being a slipholder. The City of Ludington currently is on record as saying the property they are leasing from the state is not a public facility-- but they were careful not to call it a private facility, even though they have signs all over the place claiming it is. It's most definitely not, the lease states quite clearly the general public has access. They were not arrested, this time, but it appears we're going to federal court again to win back civil rights the City of Ludington wants to take away.
