The Place Where Ludington Talks
Has anyone noticed the new bathrooms going in on Loomis St. launch ramps? It looks tiny, and is so expensive for it's size.

Yep, looks like its on a smaller footprint than the older one. Very pricy considering you had all of the water supply and water drains already there.
