Baby Kate Trial: Cell Phone Testimony of FBI Agent Todd Reineck

The beginning of the day's testimony began with the prosecution putting out FBI Agent Todd Reineck after a brief discussion of the defense attorney making a motion to add Jamie Jones of the Missing You Foundation to her list.  Reineck testifies as to the cell phone records as they pertain to the case, being involved due to his employment in SEMCAC Task Force operating out of Detroit, as seen in this arrest warrant affidavit made during the time he was working on this case.

 

 

Here was his testimony given on Tuesday, April 24, 2012 at Sean Phillip's trial on the Unlawful Imprisonment of Baby Kate, along with the visual aid (PX #63 Map of Cell Phone Towers).
