You will notice two new options up on the top panel, "Chat" and "Dailies".  The first allows you to chat with anyone else who is online at the time you are, and tells you how many Torchholders are online; see the bottom to see this number and the actual dialog box comes up at the bottom of the page.

"Dailies" actually offers three options that change daily-- a daily quote, a daily horoscope, and a daily greeting.  Check these each day before or after you touch base with the rest of the Ludington Torch.  Let me know if there is any problems that come up with these applications.
