Here's the major street fund account from the income statement on the trial balance dated 10/31/09. Look at the small amount spent compared to the gross income of about $3.5 Million in revenues. It's about $100,000 counting salaries and fringes. That's about 3/10 of 1%. This is why I say the COL neglects infrastructure. But, that's pretty obvious when you ride around the streets of downtown.
