It's gotten pretty pathetic these days indeed, when LEO can't find enuf constructive crime prevention, and start ticketing the bicyclists for alleged moving violations. I don't blame them for protesting like this. Maybe they will get a national group organized to get the audience needed to make the necessary changes to stop this waste of taxpayers monies.
