3-7-2011 A John Shay Sighting
A walk through the downtown turned scary today when I did a double take and noticed I saw my favorite FOIA Coordinator strolling on the opposite side of the street by his lonesome. Did I cross the street to angrily confront him? No. Did I shout anything at him or make any crude gestures? No. But neither did he. I just took a couple of pictures of our peaceful long distance encounter and went about my business. But will I still be able to walk downtown tomorrow?

Hey Rom, I've been to at least 45 CC meetings, over a period of 20 years, and most are the same, filled with contempt for the taxpayers, and filled with condescending attitudes and arrogance of some higher form of life that they want to believe they have over other common people, like the ones that elected their sorry butts to begin with. So, what's your point? And how have you impacted this city with your being? Thanks.

Well, Rom, John Shay is the City manager of Ludington...
While it may seem strange that anyone is downtown this time of year, yesterday's chance encounter did occur while I passed through it.
I've only had one night with these pictures, but I didn't have it by my bed. Is there some sort of good luck that comes with putting them on your nightstand? If so, print them out and have yourself some good luck.

Just the "sight of this public hero in our midst" is enough to make people walk the opposite way, or leave the streets entirely. But, that's the price of greatness and wisdom beyond our times, that some glorious leaders must suffer with.........................lol.
