Am I seeing things or wth? I thought we had a thread discussion on the great loss of George Wilson a few years ago, the sad loss when he perished? Is this for real, or am I dreaming? The LDN sadly has either posted a big ERROR, or I'm not sane anymore. Kids from out or state trying to report, but sadly, aren't so good imho. That pic., I blew it up, and it doesn't even remotely resemble the famous ex-bandleader at all. How can the boobs at the LDN be so incompetent and negligent in this on 8/16/14? IF I were related, I would be outraged at this stupidity!

Actually I see now it's George C. Wilson, not Jr.. His dad Big George had a different middle initial I guess. Anyhow, it's nice to see C. is carrying on that tradition in good stead.

Relax, it's George Wilson Jr. Not even the COLDNews would make the mistake of not knowing that Big George was dead; shoot, he worked there for many years and got a nice send off from them when he perished. Great guy, and it's nice to see his son getting into the clown drags in his place.

Donny and Ron, plus Gary Klemn know the facts on Big George, and as such, should be posting here, or in Vanished Ludington facebook page asap. I know for a fact, Big George is gone, and this post pic.of 8/16/14 doesn't even resemble Big George, a great reporter/editor guy/local observer, and well respected reporter for the WKLA staff imho!
