Exactly, a preamble, weeks before my daughter last "I love you dad" about a month and a half before the actual ppo, after numerous attempts at trying to get me for stalking,..again and again. sos Its all about parenting time or not getting parenting time, "Parental Alienation should be and will one day be a crime." From there obvious jumping back and forth one blogging one moment the other blogging the next, and that miller threat can one really say who wrote that PPO? I mean the handwriting was obviously hers but it's questionable if she wrote it alone. Do you now see where maybe there was a "Conflict of interest? Just a little? It wasn't just serving a ppo for jane doe next door ya know.

The contents and plain paper letter above is neither a legal LOT nor a PPO order, if this is the one in question served up by an WPD officer, or sent via mail. It's simply a citizen to citizen warning of trespass. LOT are a form letter, where the blanks are filled in and filed with the local PD when mailed. This is also not official city PD letterhead paper. A PPO order is issued by a court and signed by a judge. Is this the article in question? Or a preamble to the actual LOT?

I'd like to add a lil, from our county prosecutor, one must be "warned" either personally or in writing to stay off a location where they are not wanted before anyvenforcement This written warning is just that and I might add it was personally served by the USPS registered mail to the addressee only (which is the person who posted the letter of warning on line (which I thank that person for doing so because it will be needed at a later date).

The home is rented from my daughter.

I might add that the poster person lives 2.15 miles out of the Wayland City Limits one way. Other PPO's served by officers of the WPD have even been served personally on ppl outside of our county. AGAIN, this is a NORMAL service WPD has done since the creation of PPO's. I may add lastly that the decree of the poster person specifically states that the location to drop off and the pickup of the children shall be at the MSP parking lot due to safety issues of those involved. May I add that this signed decree is over 13 yeas ago only after NUMEROUS PPO violation's occurred which resulted some to be jailed.

A Wayland property search turns up that Amy Miller purchased that Main Street house in 2005.  I also note that Phil's 12th Street house does fall just outside the city limits as the map below shows.  This 7-19-2011 note is far from a judicially made PPO, with no authority noted other than it being signed by Dan Miller, the current Wayland City Police Chief, more like a "Letter of trespass" for that property.  If this is the "PPO" referenced in the violations, there may be something to Phil's arguments.  But is it?  Any rebuttals?
