There's a video on YouTube called "Glock 25 Cent Trigger Job" that shows how to polish the trigger bar, plunger, firing pin, and connector. It's really a $3.85 trigger job (that's how much I spent on a bottle of metal polish). I tried it on all three of my Glocks (just polishing the trigger bar and plunger). Reinstalled everything and compared it to my other Glocks. At the end of the video when he tests it he's like oh yeah that's sweet. I honestly don't feel any difference whatsoever.
