Good find X. Extremely interesting. That would be considered radical today and many of the problems we face today are a result of some of those stated policies. However we must remember that the World was at war with dictators who were trying to conquer the entire globe. Back then the edicts contained on the map seemed reasonable. Most of them were appeasements to countries who were devastated by the war and who wanted to wipe out those countries responsible, so the U.S. was obliged to go along with this to avoid a prolonged genocide by many of the occupied countries on those countries that committed all those heinous acts. Russia, China, the Middle East and Southeast Asia are all modern day products of that terrible war.
