My wife and I spent about an Hour saturday talking to the new owner of the Book Mark Coffee Shop. He purchased the store about a year ago. The coffee shop is going through upgrades as we speak. An awesome new sitting room with a fireplace and custom seating, and a conference room for personal meetings are under construction. The shop has history in Ludington.
