Ludington?! Isn't that the same place where the police department point recording cameras in bathroom stalls?
So... what's the difference between this, and what's going on by the Ludington Police Department at the Waterfront Park Restroom?

And to add on to Aquaman's point, Gonzalez pays his tax dollars to fund the LPD who does what he does on a much grander scale, looking at every segment of the population as they go bathroom or whatever else they seek our public restrooms to do privately. If Gonzalez said he did it to prevent her from vandalizing property do you think he would have gotten a lighter sentence, or sympathy from the arresting LPD officers? Not bloody likely, he would have just gotten more lectures from those who permit public officials to covertly manufacture child porn under the guise of security.
