I saw them doing some work on this on Friday, and they seem to have accomplished quite a deal by how it looks today; they had a lot of people I have only seen driving around aimlessly before, actually chatting among themselves outside and operating heavy equipment-- there was about eight payloaders of different sizes out there. If they had such an effort earlier, they could have got this accomplished a couple days after the heavy winds left and the fences were installed (the prior week).
