I can only imagine if these were located on private property how fast they would be removed by the City followed by a huge service charge sent to the owner.

They mowed the lawn recently, however.  Our DPW workers must be too busy setting up all the special events to deal with their junk, in clear violation of their own ordinance.  Our City leaders are once again leading by example.
