This unre-touched photo (taken by COLDNews Steve Begnoche) from 2014's Lake Jump held in Ludington's beautiful Stearn's Park shows Rick Plummer (chairman of the Mason County Veteran's Endowment Fund), in hat, and State Rep. Ray Franz coming from the water. The camera angle seems to show Rick reaching for Ray's endowment, and it is unclear if that look on the state congressman's face is one of pain or delight. We won't ask, and hopefully, they won't tell us.
