Lyndon LaRouche had an interesting history and is still kicking.  In his seven runs for president in the Democratic primaries, his best showing was in 2000 in Arkansas, where he captured 22% of the vote vs. VP Algore. 

Those youths are not likely from the right-wing, as most media outlets might report to you.
