Today on Earth Day, a March for Science has been organized to get together in Washington DC. Although it bills itself as a diversified, non-partisan effort, its organizers and partners have a distinct partisan take on issues of scientific thought.

They believe in scientific thought as long as we all agree with what they thought. I think.

The list of speakers at this event shows a preponderance of proponents of climate change/global warming and none of the many scientists who do not agree with that consensus (due to inconvenient experimental facts) left out of the mix.  When you do a cursory background look via Google of their National Committee, you get 23 folks with admirable biographies, but backgrounds in progressive/liberal politics.  I would be surprised if there was one who voted for Trump.

That goes against the premise of their March for Science that they are non-partisan and diverse (in thought).  False premises lead to any conclusion you want.
