This is nothing more than an individual that is probably shunned and hated by his fellow peers in life. He's trying to get attention to himself, by intentionally, and rudely, disfiguring his body, esp. his head and face. He's disgusting and ishy at best, makes me want to puke. Even the Carnivals/Circus probably wouldn't hire him, let alone what if any other employer would want this thing working for them!

I have to give him some credit. Those designs on his skin could have been barbed wire and skulls. I guess flowers and a smiling sun reflects his feminine side. You've got to feel sorry for people who do this to themselves.
