In order to have a free society, we must realize that just because something is legal, that does not mean it is ethical.

Furthermore, just because something is illegal, that does not mean it is unethical.

Building inspections may soon be 'legal' in Ludington despite its introduction as a tax which will not be voted on by the people, and its basis is a complete violation of our tenant's Fourth Amendment rights.

As such it is unethical and will only be legal until it is defeated by the good people of Ludington.
