The fifth album of the Brit band known as 'The Police', Synchronicity would be their last compilation of new material, arguably their best with 'Every Breath You Take', 'Wrapped Around Your Finger', and my favorite at the time, 'Synchronicity 2', a collage of ordered chaos.
As the three band members matured, they grew apart and had somewhat successful solo careers, as Lake Lady notes, they did have a brief reunion. I agree with her assessment of the 80s, just like my parents probably looked at the 50s, and how our kids might look at the '10s', given that the 2020s has taken a few wrong turns.
