I've seen the water rougher and the weather windier before but I don't think I've ever seen the waves formed the way they were yesterday 10-31. They broke later than normal, were evenly spaced and were longer. Almost perfect for Great Lakes surfing, which I'm surprised nobody did at Stearns Beach. I estimated the inside curl of the wave in the picture to be around 10 ft. tall.
