Good pictures!  I noticed the build up of the road also.  Many truck loads one after another for what seems like two weeks.  And for the past week the city sewer vacuum truck has been vacuuming out something by the boat ramp trip after trip.  The lift station? And doing something.  The grassy hill on the south side of the road is full of utility flags.  Right where the only place a sidewalk down the hill could be put cause the south side by Consumer's drops off too fast and is narrow.
