In my honest opinion, this new transient boat dock will not only be a waste of $800,000+ of taxpayer money, but will ruin the current beauty/symmetry of the City Marina. The rock walls along the sides of the rest of the marina will make this side look out of place, and the presence of transient boats along the road will spoil the pleasant view for the walk of many who currently enjoy the 'walk loop'
