I recognize the compass rose alright, but, it has 3 points touching southerly ground, the one on his Honor's car has 4 points touching ground, thus making it a suspicious pagon type sign imho. Power everlasting?

I think you're mistaken, Aquaman.  The emblem is the upper part of a compass star, also known as a compass rose, particularly if the center has a circle in it.  I'm surprised you don't recognize it, being the nautical man you are.  They put one at the end of the new walkway at the end of Loomis St.  Why they have it in front of the sun in the picture is anyone's guess, but it looks good in 22 K gold.

Wiki says it's a Heptagram, quite strange in pagon history.

Actually, it's nice 22 KT. GOLD SIGNAGE, provided by "you KNOW WHO"!?  The LOGO looks like a Kingdom-type symbol too, one that lasts and lasts, maybe beyond term limits, or is it?  Anybody know what a seven point star stands for?
