With 16'-18' seas yesterday afternoon, the Badger came back to dock about 7:30pm. 1-1/2 hours later than usual. I went down there to witness and interview passengers, and the talk was of several men with a broken collar bone, broken arm, and broken ankle on several. The other talk was of the entire crew and passengers all vomiting and the entire boat with internal damages. Not good.
I'm glad I wasn't on board. I've been on the Badger in similar circumstances and just the sound of people puking in those popcorn buckets was enough to loosen anyone's cookies.
