As a lifetime mariner and 25 year captain, I don't understand the desecration of a safety monument for sailors/boaters in this lighthouse celebration activity, can anyone else hook me up on this action? Looks like they went to a lot of trouble to be nothing more than immature and silly to me. These lighthouses are beacons of safety and security for us mariners, not some cheap toy to folly with now that they have ownership/guardianship of them, jmo. Oh yeah, that summer Santa is also appearing for audiences at the four beacons for this glorious event, I'm going to get sick........lol.
