The Ludington Torch Eight Years Commemoration

On December 21st, 2009, the darkest day of the year, a light arose on the western shore of Lake Michigan. The Ludington Torch was born. For the next half year, the darkness receded a little each day. Some would say it's the normal procession from the winter solstice to the summer solstice. At the Ludington Torch, we know better.
