What was up with the crazy antics of Joe Biden at the Veep debates? Wide smiles, laughter, and interruptions galore, allowed him to 'control' the debate. But all it showed was his rudeness and his incompetence at his job, when contrasted with his opponent.

He reminded me of a cross between the Joker (from Batman-- Joe-ker) and a leprechaun. If you like the prospect of having a buffoon in charge, he's a vice that you'll like.

Everyone I talked to since that debate has also stated the same, he's a rude and inconsiderate Veep, soon to be replaced and a faded memory in history.
