Depends on what thrill seeker types these people are. Either way you can't fix stupid. There seems to be an element of about 25% of the current public nowadays, that seem to ignore any and all warning signage posted to ask for safety to be recognized. Yet, the dum-dums just want to do it anyhow. Wonder how many will do it anyhow this summer/fall.
