Oops, a Michigan State Police license plate has one of those inversions which makes more sense nowadays. Who's making these license plates anyway? They should be thrown in prison. Whereas an inversion like this in numismatics or philately would get you a much more valuable item, this simple alteration was digitally doctored to reflect this author's frustration with getting information and accountability from these troopers that claim in their motto: " A PROUD tradition of SERVICE through EXCELLENCE, INTEGRITY, and COURTESY."
