What a thoughtful cost-cutting gesture-- since the address of the contractor's business who did this work (without the bother of competitive bids) lives at the same address as Ms. Venzke. The now infamous house at 201 N Washington Avenue houses not only her, but City Councilor Nick Tykoski, and his sign business, which has had a lot of business dealings with the City of Ludington, including many signed only by his then fiance, Heather Venzke.
