I watched this again and had several thoughts. Imagine someone from a farm community visiting SF and had never seen an automobile, cable car or traffic like this before. I wonder how the dried horse manure mangled into dust and mixed with engine exhaust affected peoples health and lastly I thought that every person seen in this film is no longer alive.

Such diverse traffic. Cable cars, automobiles, bicycles, horse-drawn carriages, horseback riders, and all those pedestrians running around. It's a wonder more accidents didn't happen the way traffic cut across itself in the video. Definitely mesmerizing.
