Brady Lake Ohio Police Brutality, wrongful arrest, and assaulted over front license plate.

As Mason County and Ludington City Officials withhold the results of the binding arbitration they had with a lawsuit involving the brutal beating and tasering of Ludington citizen Joe McAdam by Mason County Deputies and a Ludington Police Officer at a traffic stop and a hospital, in Brady Lake, Ohio a cooperative youth like McAdam is arrested and assaulted by a local cop with a deputy watching.

I might add that police who act like this should also be prosecuted.

When ever the police act like this and lie they should be fired. The citizens shouldn't have to put up with this crap.

The driver relates:  "I was pulled over for a front license plate. The officer at first was EXTREMELY rude and vulgar with me. He was mad I wouldn’t verbally admit guilt to anything and was even trying to get me to admit I just put on my seat belt.

He ended up arresting me and assaulting me over not signing the ticket when I didn’t have a pen and was asking some questions regarding jurisdiction, etc.

I had all the charges but the license plate dropped due to my dash recorded video that completely showed the courts the cops were liars. They claimed they had to slam me to the ground to cuff me. I was cuffed 100% willingly and clearly, on the video I did not resist.

I was initially charged with resisting arrest, failure to comply and the front plate."
