The cinematographer of this video was previously stung by the San Francisco PD for a $388 ticket for failing to come to a complete stop at a stop sign at an EMPTY intersection.
The initial intersection was a stop intersection (even though you don't see the sign, you see the cars stopping), at :30 in they pass an intersection with stop even written on the pavement. When they finally get to a stoplight intersection at 1:10, she asks a poignant question. One that is ignored, but at least she didn't get cudgeled for it.
