I consider this Senator as a beacon of knowledge, and true patriotism. He's a special voice for freedoms being resurrected. A great man, neither a black nor white patriot, just a great man, period. I salute him, and all he stands for.

Wise man. I would like him to be a Tea Party advocate instead of a Republican Party member.

Now I wish some of the so-called Republicans (McCain, Graham, etc.) would do similar soul-searching to find the roots of the Republican ideals and ask "Why am I a Republican?"
