Good for him. One of the main reasons Governing bodies do not remove outdated laws is so the authorities can apply those  laws to cover obscure actions by the people that the authorities want to control. This is much like the people who were dancing in the Jefferson Memorial

sounds like a officer that does like how the other officer works?, that is crazy to arrist him for wearing a mask, all he was trying to do was proving a point.
