I wholeheartedly concur, Jeff, and so do many of the folks that do not believe the statist/socialistic myths that are explored in the series, and sadly being taught in many of our classrooms.  Even conservative and libertarian politicians are not immune to becoming agents of promoting governmental power once they get in their positions of authority, with some notable exceptions including yourself.

This weekend I will illustrate how the grant process has recently and subtly damaged the dynamics of free market capitalism in our area.

Excellent videos.

What I did not see is Federal Government vs. individual state views.  What a lot of people do not realize is that for every federal grant that is accepted by a state agency, local government agency, universities or other organizations, they have to sign a contract as to how they operate and have to agree to terms and conditions set by the federal government.  The states, agencies and organizations only look at how much money they can get from the federal government instead of protecting people from the federal government dictating how they run there day to day activities and business affairs.  Many of the terms and conditions they sign off on, are not protecting the constitution of the individual states and the people’s rights who live within these state.

In my opinion, the federal government is way too big and needs to be brought under control.

I take it that you took a look at the other videos in the series, Willy.  It's a good look at the differences between the two viewpoints, but it also fairly analyzes those differences showing that one viewpoint is much more weaker for a sustainable society.  Modern liberalism which elevates statism, seem to have a hard time refuting such logic.

Excellent videos. A simple explanation that describes the differences between the left and the right.
