Citizen gets stopped at DUI Checkpoint, is denied basic rights on the Fourth of July, while never checked for DUI. Mainly because the officer disliked the driver knowing what his rights are.

This again, is a very sad state of circumstances with the law enforcement entity. They take away rights as if they never existed, simply for the sake of safety? Wth does safety have to do with this checkpoint? Another example of our inalienable rights being squashed, cause if your a cop, they really don't exist, or do they? Methinks they still do, and if this kid got arrested, which the video doesn't show, then he got screwed in the end.

I tried to veiw this and a "this video is private" logo appears and now video is displayed.
