Amazing. What needs to be done is to turn Detroit upside down and give it a good shake so all of the parasite politicians fall out. Chasing any business out of town is as stupid as you get. If a business is operating in an unsafe manner where workers and the public are in danger then I can see a requirement for compliance but when an entire City is in the process of collapsing and is emptying faster than a building on fire, why harass  the businesses that are trying to stay
