Oquist Assault by LPD Noble, Haveman, Versluis
One year ago today Homeowner/Businessman Joseph Oquist of Ludington gets assaulted in his backyard for listening to his TV when outside at around 8 PM on February 29, 2024 by LPD Officer Jared Versluis, joined by Captain Mike Haveman with a knee to the back. LPD won't release their own bodycam of the incident at this point.
