Senator Rand Paul Ends Filibuster

Republican Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky has ended his filibuster after nearly 13 hours. Paul was blocking the Senate confirmation vote of John Brennan. He sums it up nicely. This is an issue that some Republicans and Democrats will agree and disagree on for different reasons, depending on how they feel about civil liberties.
